The ChefTrapps team is very pleased to announce that the ChefTrapps steel toe range of safety footwear will be available for purchase in select BUCO hardware stores in South Africa.
Starting from 1st September 2025, customers can find the popular Classic Chukka safety boot in the following BUCO stores within the Western Cape:
- BUCO Sea Point
- BUCO Somerset West
- BUCO Longbeach
By the start of 2026, ChefTrapps is excited to announce a number of additional BUCO stores where ChefTrapps safety footwear can be found.
The Classic Chukka safety boot will be available in the above-mentioned stores in sizes UK5 – UK13, while smaller sizes can be requested in-store.
In disucssion with the general manager of ChefTrapps, Max Trappler says “…we strongly believe BUCO has the widest reach in the country when it comes to safety footwear. BUCO is a trusted brand, and we’re thrilled to be working with them.”
New styles will be introduced by ChefTrapps in 2026, which the team is looking forward to announcing.
